With restaurant interiors designed by Fabio Lauro, the restaurant is awash with linear wooden details, and subtle lighting gives the feel of a futuristic yet traditional Japanese garden, providing a soft veil to the backdrop of Brighton’s scene.
Talented Chef Reuben Waller and his team have put together their experience and knowledge to bring you this creative Asian inspired, plant-based concept to complete the detailed design.
